Wonderful, unfinished country villa located 45 km from the center of Zagreb or 35 from Varaždin in a secluded area separated from Breznica Hum by 10km. The villa has no neighbors and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The first neighbours are more than 0.5km away, no one passes next to the house, the place was chosen for living where you can have peace, the house was built in 1985 and the rest were built in 2015 and 2017/2018, most of the house is newly built from 2017/2018 with selected materials. All the houses you see in the photographs are small scale vineyards — people come in the processing season and in the winter for wine. You don’t see them. The primary school, shop, kindergarten, post office are 1.7 kilometers away – ambulance, medical center and pharmacy are 5 kilometers away.

The environment of the house and some details are still being arranged and can be arranged according to the customer’s wishes – a place for the pool has been made – according to the customer’s wishes, the pool can be finished.
