This traditional wooden house was built in 1800. It is located on top of a beautiful and quiet hill with an incredible view of Prigorje and the surroundings of Zagreb. The house has 170 m2 of interior space with two handmade tiled stoves and an open fireplace. It is decorated in a traditional Prigorje style with a series of carefully collected details that make the house a unique whole. In addition to the traditional way of heating, the house also has central gas central heating, so staying in it is very comfortable. The garden with landscaped lawn and trees has about 3000 m2. In addition to the barbecue, there is a large wooden gazebo with an oak table and benches to accommodate a dozen people during the whole day outdoors.
In the vicinity there are a number of rural estates, wine roads and picnic areas that are very easy to reach. The Marian shrine of Marija Bistrica is 23 km from the house. The city of Zagreb is in the immediate vicinity. About ten metres from the house is a forest with a marked mountain trail that leads to the mountain lodges on Sljeme. Not far from the house there is an equestrian club. The house is sold fully furnished with incredible antique furniture.
